School Buildings

The ISH started in September 2017 in a beautiful historical school building in the city centre of Haarlem.

The history of the building dates back to 1915.

The photographs will give you an impression but, of course, you're welcome to make an appointment to visit if you would like to register your child(ren) in our school. It's always good to see the building and experience the engaging atmosphere yourself.

Due to the rapid growth of the school, we have to work on two different campuses:
Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 are located in the Schreveliusstraat 27 in Haarlem.

Groups 5, 6 and 7 and the MYP classes are being taught in our second campus.
The second site is located at the Oorkondelaan 65, 2033 MN in Haarlem. This is a temporary location.
In the school year 2020-2021, we will move out of the Oorkondelaan to another building with our Upper Primary and Secondary Department. The final decision where that will be, has not been made yet (summer 2019). As soon there is more news we will publish this on our website.

The distance between school sites is 3 km. We work with different time schedules to make it possible for families to drop off / pick up their children at both locations.

We can assist with bus transport between the locations for those families who have children in the primary department on both sites. Whilst we are able to arrange this and ensure that this is only for the use of our students, the costs must be covered by the parents.
